Those two sentences describe, in the shortest way possible, the driving force behind Solstice Equine Massage Therapy. Information and details about my services are found elsewhere on this site and I hope that you take a look and consider giving me the opportunity to have your horse matter to me.
I have long understood the importance of muscular health for comfort and performance. As an athlete and physical therapist, with an interest in sports medicine, I served people. After rescuing and rehabilitating my first horse, nearly 10 years ago, I knew I wanted to practice equine massage therapy. I obtained my certification as a certified equine massage therapist (CEMT) from the renowned Brandenburg Massage Therapy program. I witnessed the healing it promoted in my horses and am determined to offer my services to as many other horses as I can. It is an honor and a delight to work on your horse.
If you are new to the concept of equine massage therapy, please note that massage has been a healing art (and now there is science as well) for many centuries. Successful athletes, human and horse, have known the benefits therapeutic massage offers.
